update on the poor dog

Well we finally were able to get him into the vet. His leg is broke in 3 places. We are all worried about peremanent nurve damage.so right now he is at the vet for a few days for the horroble cut that is on the front of this leg. After that they will see about the swelling. we really don't wont to go the whole splint route untill we see about the nurves.If the leg has to come off why spend the time and money to try to fix it. On the really bad note. If it has to come off it might be more humane to have him put down. As large as he is and it being his front leg he would get arthritis in his other legs really fast and his quality of life would not be that great. so that is where it al stands at this point

Courtday Mayham

Well it all started out well yesterday. I parked cars at moms all day but we didn't even get half full so that was bad. today on the other hand was horrible. It all started with a early morning call from mom saying to get down there she already had people parking.so we get down there and when we get there vador (her dobbi) was running loose. Not good as you can't catch him when he is running. Well we had beent here all of about 5 min when a car hits him. Now mind you the cars are already backing up so you can't go real fast but this idiot hit him hard enough to break his leg. I am worried about nurve damage. this guy didn't even stop to say sorry or anything. We know it was our foult for him being loose but come on.What if it had been a child? People of all sizes are waling all over the roads during courtdays. He would have killed a kid.We tried to get him to the vet but he happens to be out of town till Monday. UGH. On the upside we had her yard full of cars withing an hour of being out there and it stayed pretty much full all day.
I found a pug puppy I want so bad but Kirk is not willing to get another dog. Still working on him. LOL Maybe the lady will come down in price tomorrow since it is pretty much the last day but who can tell either way.


Now for a Haley funny
I was getting her boots on yesterday and had to take them back from where Kirk had put them on to fix her socks. They are a little hard to get off so I told her I should have gotten her the next size bigger and she looks at me and says "Mom big boots wont fit me I have small feet"
